After 30 years in global manufacturing and supply chain, I knew exactly how hard it was to find the right operations leader, the right procurement executive, the right engineer who could navigate real complexity. And I knew that most recruiters had no way to evaluate those candidates at the level the job demands. I built AccuChain Talent to be the firm I always wished existed. Our Story
Daniel Sexton spent more than 30 years inside global manufacturing and supply chain operations before launching AccuChain Talent. At Cisco Systems, he led manufacturing and supply chain teams across North America and Asia Pacific, managing billions of dollars in materials and technology. He built and retained multi-geography supply chain organizations, giving him a firsthand understanding of what great talent in these roles actually looks like. Following Cisco, Daniel ran a supply chain consultancy working with companies including Foxconn and Huawei. His early career included leadership roles at Lucas Aerospace and the US Navy, grounding him in the precision and operational discipline that defense and aerospace hiring demands. That career is the foundation of every search AccuChain Talent runs.

Dan’s extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management naturally led him to a career in recruiting. With over 20 years in operations at Cisco Systems, he led manufacturing and supply chain
teams across North America and Asia Pacific, delivering billions of dollars worth of materials and
technology globally. His role involved building and retaining multi-geography supply chain teams, which
provided him with a deep understanding of the industry’s talent needs.
Following this, Dan ran a successful consumer goods supply chain consultancy, working with top-tier
organizations like Foxconn, Cisco, and Huawei. His early career in manufacturing, supply chain and tech, with leadership roles with Lucas Aerospace and the US Navy, further solidified his expertise in the field.
This comprehensive background has equipped Dan with unique insights and the ability to identify and
recruit top talent in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
