teams across North America and Asia Pacific, delivering billions of dollars worth of materials and
technology globally. His role involved building and retaining multi-geography supply chain teams, which
provided him with a deep understanding of the industry’s talent needs. Dan spent 18 years based in Hong Kong.

Following this, Dan ran a successful consumer goods supply chain consultancy, working with top-tier
organizations like Foxconn, Cisco, and Huawei. His early career in manufacturing, supply chain and tech, including 11 years in leadership roles at Lucas Aerospace and service in the US Navy, further solidified his expertise in the field.
